Grown with great care & diligence by the Blieschke family at Melrose in the idyllic Flinders Ranges. Dry grown, hand pruned and trained resulting in concentrated elegance.
Vibrant, raspberry red colour in the glass heightens the alluring aroma of violet, dark plum and white pepper spice. The balance is intense yet balanced with fine spices, blackberry and rich dark fruits.
Drinking beautifully now however thanks to the cool, dry climate of its origin this wine will reward even further with careful cellaring.
