Tasting Notes

Our Nebbiolo was fermented in small, open fermenters in a cool corner of the winery to ensure a slow and even ferment. Following a gentle press the wine was put to seasoned French Oak where it aged gracefully for 21 months.

Enticing aromas of homemade strawberry jam, cherry and dark chocolate are accompanied by notes of polished leather and fine, soft tannins on the palate.
