Organically grown by the vineyard owners expressing their complete respect to this Old-World Italian variety. We have made this wine in our expression of the traditional ‘Riserva’ style by spending 5 years in barrel and a further two years in bottle prior to release. The result is special with aromas of wild cherry and strawberry layered with undertones of violets, dried fruits and spices. The palate expresses typical Nebbiolo tannin and chalk with balanced acidity.
Drinking exceptionally now and will pair exceptionally with anti-pasta or traditional homestyle Italian cuisine.
