We have made this wine in our expression of the traditional ‘Gran Reserva’ style by spending four years in barrel and a further three years in bottle prior to release. The result is special with aromas of cherry and blueberry, liquorice and layered with sweet spices. The palate has deep flavours of blackberry and rich dark fruits showing silky, superb concentration.
Drinking exceptionally now and will pair exceptionally with tapas, hard cheeses or richer style dishes.
