Riesling 2023

$23.00

Tasting Notes

This wine shows aromatic purity of ethereal florals and white citrus blossom. Zesty fresh ginger and Tahitian lime deliver length and finesse on the palate.

Fermented at cool temperatures to retain delicate natural acidity along with minimal intervention to ensure the purity of fruit is expressed in utmost elegance.

Perfectly suited to lightly floured fresh fillets of fish.

What the reviewers are saying

Light and slight with more grip than you normally associate with riesling. Talc and citrus notes, fresh and clean, lively too. Campbell Mattinson, The Wine Front
