Paul grew up in the Paracombe district, with a strong connection to the region and was a former Australian rules football player. Kathy came from a small farm near Lobethal in the Adelaide Hills. Both saw incredible opportunity when a charred former dairy farm became available after the Ash Wednesday bushfires of 1983.

From a young age, helping out with hand picking at harvest and tying down in the vineyard after school hours Ben joined the family business in 2008. Sarah came into the fold in 2021 after living and working interstate in hospitality and event management. She is taking care of customer relations and events.
