Love Chardonnay, so do we! Join us for a delicious dinner celebrating the noble Chardonnay grape perfectly paired with six delectable courses using all South Australian seafood. Featuring launch of 2019 Reserve Chardonnay, single barrel limited release.

2020 Chardonnay
- Boston Bay Kingfish Sashimi with nuoc cham, peanuts & crispy shallots
- Spencer Gulf Squid with ink stuffing, tomato & basil
2019 Reserve Chardonnay (wild yeast barrel ferment, only 550 bottles made)
- Coorong Mullet & Goolwa Pipis with grilled zucchini, sweetcorn, beurre fondue
- Adelaide Hills Udder Delights Triple Crème Brie with balsamic fig, oat cake & lavosh
