Stamps – Paracombe Chardonnay Wine Dinner

Thursday 20th May, 6.30pm

Love Chardonnay, so do we!  Join us for a delicious dinner celebrating the noble Chardonnay grape perfectly paired with six delectable courses using all South Australian seafood. Featuring launch of 2019 Reserve Chardonnay, single barrel limited release.

The Menu

Pinot Noir Chardonnay Sparkling (2018 Release)

  • Sicilian style Pt Lincoln Sardines with rustico authentic sourdough
  • Coffin bay Oysters (2) with apple & lime

 

2020 Chardonnay

  • Boston Bay Kingfish Sashimi with nuoc cham, peanuts & crispy shallots
  • Spencer Gulf Squid with ink stuffing, tomato & basil

 

2019 Reserve Chardonnay (wild yeast barrel ferment, only 550 bottles made)

  • Coorong Mullet & Goolwa Pipis with grilled zucchini, sweetcorn, beurre fondue
  • Adelaide Hills Udder Delights Triple Crème Brie with balsamic fig, oat cake & lavosh
