Red Ruby 2023

$23.00

Tasting Notes

The grapes were gently pressed to obtain free-run juice and then given time on skins and chilled to cold soak. The reward is this wine’s soft ruby red colour. The wine went through a slow, cool ferment in stainless steel before settling and bottling in late August.

The bouquet has lifted aromas of cherry, strawberry and raspberry making this rosé a refreshing delight. The palate provides delicate yet, intense fruit flavours of red summer berries with gentle hints of soft tannin in a delightful, crisp finish.

What the reviewers are saying

Made with Malbec & Tempranillo, this has a wealth of raspberry and blackcurrant fragrance, really bursting with fruit and verve; gently creamy too. The palate’s really flavoursome and has quite impressive texture on offer. There’s gentle sweetness and good balance here. Nick Stock
