Paracombe makes one of the finest examples of Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc. The ironstone rich soil profile of the Paracombe vineyard provides a flinty, mineral element to the wine. Specialised attention from our vineyard and winemaking team results in a delicious Sauvignon Blanc showing lifted aromas, good flavour definition.
