Vermentino 2023

$28.00

Tasting notes

Grown on the northernmost border of the Adelaide Hills benefiting from extra sunlight while retaining elegance from the cool evenings. Aromas of daffodils, nashi pear and white nectarine are complemented by a sandstone flintiness. The palate gives flavours of coconut, pear, lemon zest which are harmonized with a saltlike texture and savoury mouthfeel. Lends itself to many styles of cuisine.

What the reviewers are saying

Green melon, pear, peach blossom and a guava accent. It’s a nice opening, a combination of somewhat sweet green aromas but also giving a feel of crunchy freshness, like a fresh cucumber. It’s mainly fruity but it does it quite well. Kasia Sobiesiak The Wine Front
