Tasting notes

Single vineyard release grown on the Amadio family vineyard at Kersbrook; located in the Northern Adelaide Hills making this a drier, warmer site allowing for lower yields and in turn greater intensity of flavour. Harvested on the 3rd of April 2023, the yield was good and fruit quality of a high standard. A cooler Summer and mild Autumn gave ideal ripening conditions which in turn produced fruit to make wonderful wine with highly perfumed aromatics and superb flavour. Attractive white peach colour, the wine has lifted and lively bouquet of fresh stone fruits while the palate combines nectarine and melon flavours with a crunchy, nutty texture adding complexity.
