We’ve put a special focus on the Pinot Blanc variety by planting multiple sites to ensure we have the best quality fruit to create our best possible expression of the variety.

Light pale colour with delicate gold hues. The bouquet is lively with lifted aromas of citrus flower, musk and gooseberry. Dainty acidity accompanies grapefruit, lime and crunchy apple with hints of melon, leaving a fresh clean finish on the palate.

An ideal wine to accompany vegetarian, seafood and chicken dishes, handles spice.
