Tasting Notes

Deep red colour. The bouquet is lifted with fragrant aromas of blackberry, soft leather, floral and hints of oak and spice.

The palate is packed with flavour; dark cherry and plum with hints of herbs and long fine, spicy tannins. An elegant smooth wine drinking well now. Will reward even more with age.

This wine is versatile and made to enjoyed with a table full of flavoursome dishes and good company.

This is a brilliant crimson edged with brick. Cedary wine of stony roll-in-the-mouth tannins, like ball bearings across the gums massaging currant, cedar and tobacco leaf flavours.
