Our Riesling is grown on the cool South facing slopes on two sites, one on the Eastern side & the other on the Western side attracting both morning & afternoon sunshine. Aromatic purity of ethereal florals and white citrus blossom. Zesty fresh ginger and Tahitian lime deliver length and finesse on the palate. Fermented at cool temperatures to retain delicate natural acidity along with minimal intervention to ensure the purity of fruit is expressed in utmost elegance.
